I love this beautiful piece. In fact, I'll be reading it again and taking notes, as I'm just beginning my own exploration of wine, and am always tempted to ask this question of people who are more practiced with it.

I love how you associate wines not only with meals and flavors, but specific moods.

Really - a beautiful, contemplative piece, and when people want to know why I want to know more about wine, I'll just show them this!

Wines that have complexity. Those wines where their aromas on the nose transform on the palate and leave a multitude of flavors and aromas that all balance each other out. Really leaning into French wines as of late!
